Can you machine insert our products for direct mail activity?

Yes all our products have been inserted by at least one of the of the major UK mailing houses. However as every job is based on a specific die cut, the sooner that you put us in touch with your mailing house, the sooner we can arrange a test insertion and reassure you about the insertion speeds possible for your product.

Can these be inserted directly in to food packaging?

Fix-Max, magnets and lenticular are ideal for flow wrapping and can also be flow wrapped with a backing card for more impact.

Can you prepare my artwork for me?

Normally our clients supply finished artwork to us based on our specifications (see supplying artwork page) but we can prepare your artwork for an additional charge.

How long will my order take?

Lead times vary dependant on product and quantity from between 3 weeks and 8-9 weeks for large volume products coming from the Far East so please call for details.

I need a quote - what information do you need?

Size and shape of product, quantity required, number of colours, intended use, delivery requirement and any special packaging requirements.

What images do I need to do a lenticular job?

For flip images and morphing animation 400dpi copies of the start and finish images are required. For 3D lenticular a 400dpi image is required.

What is the minimum quantity?

Minimum quantities as follows:

  • Magnets: 25,000
  • Memo boards: 5,000
  • Fix-Max: 25,000
  • Lenticular: 25,000
  • Foam Products: 25,000

Why don't you have pricelists?

Most of our products are custom made to order and require an individual quotation. However, we do have pricelists for some of our products, please call for details.

What is a kisscut magnet?

A kiss cut magnet is manufactured so that each cut does not go all the way through magnetic material. It can then be pushed out at a later date by the recipient.

What if I need lots of copy changes?

Due to the way that we print we can plan the most cost effective way to produce uneven quantities and multiple copy changes to give you the best price. Please call or fax/email details for a fast quote.

Can you colour match to Pantone colours?

We generally print 4 colour process on all our jobs and in most cases we can match the print to a specific Pantone colour. If this is not attainable, we would use a special colour to make sure that the reproduction is as accurate as possible.
