Artwork Guide – Magnets

  1. Please set document size with a 3mm bleed (for example for a document 52mm x 82mm please set the page size to 55mm x 85mm – this allows us a 1.5mm bleed all the way round.) Keep all important elements (text, logos, etc.) At least 2mm from the cut edge as there is a tolerance in cutting magnets.
  2. If you are supplying images (such as photos) these should be saved at 300dpi at 100% to size. Always use CMYK colours – do not use Pantone colours unless we are printing a special colour.
  3. All colours used in your file should be set to CMYK process. This includes TIFFS / EPS files. Do not use pantone spot, RGB or other colour systems. Please check colour seperations before submitting files.
  4. Save your file as an application document (not EPS) and include all TIFF/ EPS files within a folder. Also include all screen and printer fonts that you have used.
